Do I need to pay any customs tax or VAT if I buy from you?

For customers from most European Union countries, there’s NO tax or duty charges.

For customers from the other countries, import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges and we are not responsible for them. Please check with your country’s customs office to know the exact charges before you make a purchase. 

Customs are asking me to pay the import duty but I do not wish to. Can I return the item to you and request a refund?

For customers from non-EU countries, you are responsible for the taxes as they are charged by your country’s customs and not by us. Customers cannot request to cancel the order or request a refund in this situation.

What is the possibility of me being asked to pay customs taxes?

For customers from most European Union countries, there’s NO tax or duty charges at all this costs 33€ extra

For customers from the other countries, we are not sure about it. It depends on your country’s customs policies, which is out of our control.

How much import duty or taxes do I need to pay for the item?

We are not familiar with your local customs and don't know how much it will cost. Please verify with your local tax authorities BEFORE you make a purchase. For EU countries, we can send with Tax free shipping, this costs 33€
