Why is there no output from the reverse camera?

A. Make sure that the power cable is securely connected and that the voltage is normal. 

B. Make sure that the AV cable is working correctly and if not, replace it with a new one. 

C. Make sure that the camera is not overheated. D. Try connecting the camera to another monitor.

On cars with canbus: if the screen does not turn to camera in reverse mode, go to Settings>Factory settings>Other> and make sure "Prohibit Reverse" is set to enabled.

Factory settings password may be : 126 , 3368 , m123456 , 111111. if none of these work please contact customer support.
